Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for supplying the correct address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied:

Delivery cannot be guaranteed and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For free shipping orders, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.

If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us immediately. Once shipped, address changes must be arranged with your local postal service.

Once your order ships, the shipping carrier is responsible for your package in transit. If a package is lost or damaged in transit before delivery is confirmed, please notify us promptly; we will assist in communicating with the carrier for resolution.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
On average, deliveries take 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) from the time of dispatch.
To track your order, simply click the "View my order" link provided in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
🕓 Please note: Tracking information becomes available approximately 4 days after your parcel has been dispatched.
You will receive two emails:

A confirmation of your order.

A notification when your parcel has been shipped.
📦 Important:
Please monitor your tracking link. Your parcel may be waiting at your local post office even if you haven’t received a missed delivery card.
📬 Did you know?
Parcels are held at the post office for 15 days. If not collected, they are returned to us. In that case, a reshipping fee will be required to resend your order.
⏳ Order Cancellation
You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel it via our contact form (found in the "Contact Us" section).
After this time, cancellation is no longer possible, and any refund can only be issued once the full order has been returned to our warehouse.
